Refund Policy

Overview

At allavida.com (Men and Women Cosmetics), we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our Refund & Returns Policy explains how to return items, request exchanges, and receive refunds. This policy applies to purchases made directly from allavida.com.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise noted below.
  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels, seals, and protective wrappers intact.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics (including liquids, creams, mascaras, lipsticks, and other applicator products) are not eligible for return unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, and sample-size items are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Sign in to your allavida.com account, go to Orders, select the order, and click “Request Return” to start the process.
  • If you do not have an account, email support@allavida.com with your order number, full name, and reason for the return.
  • Include photos immediately if the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
  • After we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
  • Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or incur a processing delay.

Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we approve the return. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account, depending on their processing times.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • If you purchased with a discount or promotion, refunds will reflect the price actually paid.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetics (due to hygiene/safety concerns), unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards and promotional codes.
  • Sample-size products, trial kits, and certain clearance/final sale items (these will be marked as final sale at purchase).
  • Items showing signs of abuse, contamination, or missing essential components.

Exchanges

  • If you need an exchange (same item in a different shade/size or a replacement), request an exchange within 30 days via your account or support@allavida.com.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective item. We will provide a prepaid return label in those cases.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspect your order upon receipt. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us immediately.
  • Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@allavida.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged/defective item and packaging.
  • For approved damaged/defective returns, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including original shipping charges).
  • Do not discard damaged items until instructed, as we may require photos or the item returned for inspection.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes unless the return is due to our error.
  • Local return windows and treatments follow the same eligibility rules, but additional transit time may apply.
