Returns Overview
At allavida.com we want you to love your Men and Women Cosmetics purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions below. Please review this page carefully so we can process your request quickly and accurately.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account at allavida.com and go to “Orders” to select the item you want to return, then follow the on-screen return prompt.
- Or contact our Customer Care team at support@allavida.com with:
– Your order number
– The product name(s) and SKU(s)
– Reason for return
– Photos, if the item is damaged or defective
- If your return is approved, we will email you return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
- If you prefer an exchange, indicate the desired replacement item, size, or shade when you start the return.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- We accept returns of items that are:
– Unused
– Unopened (tamper-evident seals intact)
– In their original packaging, including boxes, labels, and any free samples or accessories
– Accompanied by the original packing slip or order number
- Items that are defective, damaged in transit, or received in error will be accepted even if opened—please include clear photos when you contact us.
- We reserve the right to inspect returned items. If an item does not meet return conditions, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we process the return. Timing for the refund to appear on your statement may vary by bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective). If you return an item for other reasons, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For international orders, duties and taxes paid at import are generally not refundable by allavida.com. If you need help, contact support@allavida.com.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or shade, you can request an exchange when you start your return.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is in stock, we will either:
– Send the replacement once we receive your return, or
– Provide a prepaid exchange label (for eligible orders)
- To guarantee fast replacement, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.
- Exchange processing typically takes 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- For safety and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged:
– Opened or used makeup (lipstick, mascara, liquid products, foundations, concealers, etc.)
– Face masks, applicators, and other personal care items once opened
– Fragrances and perfumes that have been opened (unopened bottles may be returnable)
– Nail polish and other flammable liquids
- Other non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
– Samples and trial-size products marked “non-returnable”
– Personalized or custom-made products
– Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance — Final Sale” on the product page
- If an item is non-returnable but received damaged or defective, contact support@allavida.com with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
